Open the Mail client application on your Windows PC.

Click on "Add Account".

Select "Advanced setup".

Select "Internet email".

In the "Email address" field and "User name" field, enter your full email address.

In the "Password" field, enter your email account password (if you are unsure of your password, retrieve or reset email account here or get in touch for further assistance).

In the "Account name" field, enter a name for your email account that you will recognize (e.g., "Work Email").

In the "Incoming email server" field, enter "ax.email".

In the "Account type" field, select "IMAP4".

In the "Outgoing (SMTP) email server" field, enter "ax.email".

Make sure that the checkbox for "Outgoing server requires authentication" is selected.

Make sure that the checkbox for "Use the same username and password for sending email" is selected.

In the "Incoming server (IMAP)" field, enter "993".

In the "Account encryption" field, select "SSL/TLS".

In the "Outgoing server (SMTP)" field, enter "587".

In the "Outgoing server encryption" field, select "STARTTLS".

Click on "Sign in".

Wait for the Mail client application to connect to your email account.

If the setup is successful, you should see a message that says "All done!".
